These pills really did surpass my expectation. They are big but slick and easy to swallow. I was surprised. What I like most is they do not have a aftertaste. I take them first thing in the morning. I have not gotten strep throat or a sinus infection like I usually do around this time of year and my skins texture and complex has gotten much smoother and clearer.
