100% Authentic Plastic Shower Head!
I have this shower head for the part 7 months, and I’m very familiar with its pros and cons... Pros: pleasing shower stream, with two good and one meh setting Attractive and hygienic looking Cons: totally plastic, including the shower holder, head, and hose...my holder has already cracked, and instead of paying another $29.00 for a replacement, (which will surely break again) I’ve purchased a different brand shower head ensemble from HighSierra available on Amazon Unless you’re a six footer, you’re going to need an extension arm, because this “Hand Held” shower is impossible to reach if you’re any shorter Overpriced for what it really is...

The hose clogged after four months..
The water flow almost stopped. Had a plumber. But it turns out that the hose is clogged. I will take down this review if I get an updated model or new hose.

Last shower head you will ever need to buy
We LOVE this shower head! We purchased one 9 years ago from our local Costco warehouse (Sorry, they don't carry it any more), and we have not had one problem with it. It still works as well as it did the day we bought it. No leaks, no hiccups, and it gets used every single day. The gentle rain water flow is more like a drenching downpour. It is amazing. We are so happy with our purchase!
