Shocked at the state of the product box
I received the clippers in a box that had obviously been opened before and ripped - it was taped together and looked terrible. I didn’t even open the product box as it was a Christmas present and could never give that to anyone. I was really disappointed - returned.

Good value for money and cuts excellent, but may have to adjust the blade to get a cleaner cut

Rips out hair doesn't cut it
Doesn't cut the hair, it rips it out. Returned first one hoping it was faulty but second one was just the same. I do have quite thick hair so maybe if your hair is fine it might work? I wouldn't recommend
