Comfortable, compact, good discernable speech and a long time between charges.The 2 ear pieces manually 'click' into a locked open position when you are using them and you should gently lock and unlock them.When you switch them on you hear "hello".There are 3 inbuilt equaliser settings and you switch between them by holding '+' and '-' down together until a beep is heard. I found the middle setting best for me.Very good all in all and a bit of a gem for me as I struggle sometimes to hear clear speech when watching TV

Surprisingly good for the money. Battery lasts AGES.

Only one earphone worked so had to return. Disappointed. Won't buy again.
