I love this skillet. I use the top skillet as a lid for steaming or spatter guard. It washes up nicely and food doesn’t stick in it. The skillets do come apart so you can use them individually.

I bought this as a gift for my mom and brother who enjoy making Sunday breakfast together. They had an old pan of this size by Cuisinart and I wanted to get them a new one. Came across this set up which is like getting two pans for the price of one. My brother is the omelet maker and having a domed lid to set the omelet is a key to his cooking so the second pan is awesome for that OR he can make two omelets at a time and use cover from another pot. This cuts down on wait time to get multiple omelets done for everyone eating. There is something about this size and the rounded high edges that works really well, better than other fry pans I have tried. His omelets are always perfect size and complete cooked. Really happy with the purchase

perfect for omelets except the divots that attach the handle and the latch are not no-stick and if you're trying to make a perfect french omelette you'll get some egg stuck there.

I’ve been making frittatas all my adult life. I started out using a plate to flip the frittata (just like my mother)...sometimes good, sometimes not so good. Then I bought a very expensive frittata pan set...and gave it away just to get it out of my kitchen. Then I bought this set. Nobody is getting it from me! Made the BEST and PRETTIEST potato, bacon, and sausage frittata I’ve ever made! Sautéed shallot and garlic in one pan. Browned the meat in the other pan. Put it all together in the bottom pan. Flipped it with the top pan on. Perfection. No sticking. No mess. Super easy to use. Super easy to clean. AND the red is so pretty. Such a great set for a terrific price!

Finally! The perfect, non-stick, flipping pan for a good sized authentic Spanish Tortilla that slides out into a serving dish to impress your guests and give them Old World delicious flavors! Amazing! Great on the wrists, too! Easy to clean! OLÉ

I bought this pan about a year ago to make omlets for my children... I have to say it was well worth the money spent. It is used almost daily in my house by everyone. The non-stick coating is still intact and so easy to clean its ridiculous! It is a bit heavy to pick up and flip over however, but that is not really a problem for any of us. The pan was bigger than I imagined it was going to be, so the omlets that we make are huge! Next time I might look for an 8 inch pan... Overall, well worth the price!!

Non - stick surface of this product is, so far, outstanding. Helpful when making frittatas that you warm up one of the pans you aren’t using to cook your meal. This way when you flip the pans, your food goes into a warm pan. Not totally necessary but is a nice touch when you’re cooking. Well built product. Happy with purchase.
