This dress was perfect for capturing my growing bump each week! The fabric is soft and flattering, making it ideal for maternity photos. However, as my belly grew, I noticed that the dress became a bit more see-through due to the stretch. The black color helped minimize this issue, but it could be more noticeable with lighter colors.Since I only wore it for at-home photos and not for professional shoots or outdoors, it wasn’t a major concern for me. Overall, it was a great choice for documenting my pregnancy progress!

Product fit me well. I’m only 5’1 and this was not too long on me (long but not unbearable). Loved the shape and fit it gave. Dark blue color was perfect. Also ordered the aqua color to try, definitely more of a brighter blue than light blue so returned for other color. Was happy overall. I tried many other styles and colors but this worked best.

The dress was sent not inspected and has one sleeve that is not finished. I have to order another one and return this as a result. Another added annoyance in my life. Thanks! It is very thin material and very see through. If you order black, you will need to order full black undergarments and I would size up in order to have enough fabric to bunch up in the view of the photo taken so that the transition between the undergarments and your skin color are not showing as much. Your Photographer is going to have to edit the photo most likely to hide the transition so keep that in mind as an added expense for this already over priced dress. It also runs very small. It does stretch and will allow it to stretch around your expanded midsection when fully pregnant, but I advise to size up to accommodate it better. I am between a large and xl for stretchy jersey dresses like this and the xl is tight on me. I wished they had the xxl in stock. They need to make larger sizes for American sized humans.

I couldn’t justify spending $80 on a dress I was going to wear just for pictures so I purchased this one and it did not disappoint. The material is soft but it is on the thinner side so I wore a shirt underneath it and pregnancy spanx. It photographed beautifully!
