These are well made. They work with the type attachments that most guns have, but check yours. Also check the width of the sling that you intend to use. Buy the right size, of course.

One of them was slightly bent, causing it to not open easily. I didn't have time to send them back so I straightened it out myself. Been working fine since.

Great product

I was going to buy the cheapest set that I could find because I figured they a would all be the same. Uncle Mike's are so much better than anything I've had. These are the ones that you want for your rifle.

I ordered an inexpensive unbranded pair thinking that a sling swivel is a sling swivel. They were terrible quality and didn't function as they should. They were returned and the order for Uncle Mike's placed. What a difference. These are great and worked with ease. Highly recommended.

Though I ordered the BLACK version, what I received was the matte stainless (NOT black) version- Uncle Mike's number 14023. I ordered this set for my Henry Big Boy Steel (.327" Federal Magnum, 20" barrel), which is richly blued steel and American walnut. Turns out the matte stainless looks pretty good on it, too, so I decided to keep and install them. They fit PERFECTLY on the factory studs, and fits the leather Swiss K31 sling equally perfectly (the Swiss K31 sling is 1-1/4" wide). UPDATE: I ordered a second set, and received the exact same thing as my first purchase- in that, they are most definitely NOT blued. I'm assuming they're stainless steel, I really don't know. But the description is wrong for this item- the first picture of the two blued swivels is for a different product. The picture of them in the package (though dated, as Uncle Mike's has updated the paper backing) is accurate for the "in-the-white" or matte silver finish.

Very nice swivels indeed. Whoever has complaining doesn't know what they're talking about.
