Is this pen smooth when writing ?

I am amazed at how easy it is to write or draw with this pen. It's a great purchase and so affordable. I highly recommend these and have purchased another to use with a different color ink.

Can you use standard international repalcement ink cartridges? I cannot find a listing for 3.4mm ink cartridges.

Not for me! I'm sorry, but the 3.4 ink cartridges they sell along with these pens do not work for me. I have not been able to force any into the barrel. The pen itself is fine - my favorite among six I have -, and the refiller cartridge works fine, but I also feel I need some spare cartridges. Can anybody tell me exactly which ones work? I ordered the Asvine Fountain Pen Ink Cartridges Black Color, Set of 30 Refill Ink Cartridges, 3.4 mm Bore Diameter, which are sold as a companion

What ink bootle do we use for this pen? the waterman 50ml ink bottle was recommend for this so is it the right one?

The question is imprecise. Any fountain pen ink is suitable for use in this pen. Waterman, Diamine, J. Herbin, Robert Oster, etc., etc. Any bottle that says Fountain Pen Ink will do.

What is the pen's metal casing like, is it durable?

I have a black color pen and use it daily. Over time, the color coating will wear off (in small batches and especially around the area where the cap closes at the body), and reveals a bronze-like color beneath. At other scratched areas at the top of the cap, the underlying color is a metallic gray. But it still looks nice and I continue to use as one of my many daily carries.
