Great thickener for cold foods - no digestive distress (unlike the gums)
Works great, doesn’t seem to have a taste, or at least I cannot taste it in my pudding and smoothies, which is exactly what I want!

Excellent product
It was delivered faster than expected. The package was well protected in its packaging. The product worked wonderfully in making edible glue.

Add as needed. I started with 1/16 of teaspoon and added up to 1/4 for faster set.
Used this to set my gumpaste figures. Humidity was extremely high and my gumpaste was melting. After adding cmc they firmed up and lasted even with the humidity. Great product!

Use it in protein shakes
I like making fake milk shakes. Use just a bit of this (1/8 tsp) along with a bunch of ice, protein powder, cup of almond milk, 1/8 tsp xanthan gum, 1/2 teaspoon of guar gum and some monkfruit sweetener. Consistency of a Wendy's friosty and about ~250 calories in 32 oz of shake!
