I was taking the oil but couldn't stomach it i tried the powder still the same but these capsules are great and so easy to take

These supplements help in providing the much-needed energy boost especially when first on the keto diet and can help to ‘keep you going’. I usually take MCT (Medium Chain Triglycerides) as a powder within my daily coffee intake. These suggest 3 capsules a day and could equally be put in a drink if there is a difficulty with the size of them. It is suggested if you are new to MCT start with a smaller dose for the first 3 or 4 days. As powder it is not always easy to carry when on the move these capsules are particularly useful for me when I’m away from home. I have found MCT does have an effect on my energy levels and ‘mind fog’. These will be more acceptable for some as they are non-GMO and gluten-free however please note they use bovine gelatine. They can seem expensive at first glance but given the bottle contains 3 months worth these seem cheaper than some alternatives.

Easy to swallow and no upset stomach unlike when I take the oil in liquid form. Unfortunately I’ve not noticed a massive difference in energy levels or appetite.

These MCT soft gels arrive in a large container which holds 300 tablets. The container feels well-made and shows all the relevant information that you need on the label of the container. The container lid doesn’t have a safety lock so it is important to be aware if you have children that these could be easily accessed. The capsules look and feel similar to a fish oil/omega tablet in that they are on the larger side. Whilst the tablets themselves are large, they are soft and smooth and have a strong coating so these are not too hard to take, and should you get one stuck in your throat, the thick coating prevents the contents of the tablet from leaking into your mouth. It didn’t have a horrible after taste or unpleasant taste that repeats like some supplements/or fish oils. You are required to take 3 per day so you can expect this container to last 1 person around 3 months if taken every day. These tablets do feel quite expensive at £24.95, however for a 3 months’ supply, these work out at just over £8 per month which is reasonably priced. Overall I am happy with the product both in the product itself and the cost.

Much easier that the oil I was taking and far less messy than the oil running down a bottle or on your hands. Quite large capsules but I'm used to them and have no problems. Only downside is it's another gel capsule she'll.

I have been taking this for over 2 weeks and I haven’t seen or felt any difference. You do get a lot for the quantity.

I’ve been doing a keto diet on and off now for several months but recently have succumb to temptation and knocked myself out of keto… it’s been difficult trying to get back into ketosis so thought I’d give these a go to see if they help. Firstly, these are huge pills to swallow, they are a clear capsule full of oil and no matter how much I tried, I could not get these down my throat. My only option was to open the tab and add the liquid to my water. This is quite a messy job as the oil tends to leak when the tablet is opened and although I can get most of it in my water bottle, my fingers do tend to get covered in the oil and so leave greasy residue on whatever I touch. That said, I am a bit clumsy so I’m sure there’s probably a more efficient way of opening these capsules. Once the liquid is in my water, it’s tasteless, so it’s easy to drink. I’m not sure if it’s helping but after a couple of days of taking these, I got back into keto and despite a few extra carbs recently, I’ve stayed in ketosis so feel these are boosting my ketones. I will definitely carry on using these as I’m sure they help and will be purchasing more when these run out.
