Product is very good. Have 4 controls for light density and 3 timer settings 10 20 and 30 min. Use this lamp for Keen Pain for 20 min daily two times a day. It is working fine.

The lamp is very good. It has a switch to gradually increase or decrease power.It's height is low. It cannot be adjusted to stay fixed in upper position.

This lamp works. I have read all the reviews, including the negative ones regarding bulb damage and the bulb getting fused after a few minutes of usage. It didn't happen in my case. I was also able to set up a 1-year warranty. However, they claimed the warranty only for the lamp, not the bulb. I've used the lamp multiple times by now and haven't seen any issues. I use it on minimum brightness for about 10 minutes (sometimes 30) as only infrared is needed. My mother had some pain in one of the shoulders, she felt less pain after using it for around 10 minutes. It turns off automatically. Allow it to cool, as it's just like a normal bulb. Treat it with care.

The media could not be loaded. The device stopped working with a few days of using it. It's been less than a month since purchase and only after a few uses that wasn't even longer than 10 mins bulb doesn't work anymore.

Item is good in but the drawback is the power card is very short it should be more in length.

Though the power level and adjustment facilities availavle, if distant adjustable flexi stand type is provided this Niscomed IRL would be the best..
