Lost my original garmin charger and didn’t want to spend another $40 on a new one. Read former reviews and decided to order this one. Works perfect. The cord is longer than my original garmin which is handy and it works great.

Definitely sturdy and does the job

Lost original Garmin wire traveling and replaced it with this, which has a longer length and lighter weight wire than the original. It's just a wire, it works.

Went on vacation and forgot the cable. Had one shipped to the vacation house. Went scuba diving and needed the watch on the dive. Work as well if not better then the original Garmin cable. I guess its a waterproofing thing, but it would be nice to have a non-propritary cable in a pinch. That said, this cable works well.

This charger connected properly to the Garmin, bit would not charge it at all. I bought one of these same ones a few years ago and it worked, but not this one. Buyer beware!

I bought this to have a second charging cord for when my Garmin forerunner 245 watch needs a charge when I am away from home. The length of the cord is longer than the original that came with the watch and I like that. This is a great value I recommend it.

I was a little concerned after reading some of the other reviews that this might not work on my Garmin 245. After receiving it, when I first tried it, it was a little bit hard to snap into place. It did, however, work perfectly to charge my Garmin. Now, after several uses, it snaps in easily and continues to work, PERFECTLY!
