The Taparia 816 Tester is a solid and dependable tool that has quickly become a must-have in my toolkit. It’s compact, well-built, and extremely easy to use—even for someone who isn’t a professional electrician. The grip feels sturdy, and the overall quality is exactly what you’d expect from Taparia. It does its job perfectly when it comes to checking live wires and basic electrical testing. The metal tip is precise, and the insulation is very reassuring. For everyday household use, this tester is more than enough. The only small improvement I’d suggest is the brightness of the indicator bulb. It works, but it could definitely be a bit brighter, especially when checking in well-lit rooms or during the daytime. Despite this minor issue, it still functions reliably and gives clear results. Overall, this is a great, affordable, and trustworthy tester. Highly recommended for home users and DIY enthusiasts—just keep in mind that the bulb light could be a touch brighter!
