I am a big fan of neckband style headphones. I have been using them for years and wear them all day so I can listen to podcasts and audiobooks while I go about my life. I love that I can comfortably use them in one ear at a time so I am still aware of my surroundings and available to people. Since they are always on my neck, even when not in use, I don't have to worry about losing them (like wireless earbuds) or having them fall off while running. I have purchased several headsets in the past, mostly in the $25-$40 range. Though they worked fine for a while, they all eventually broke or stopped working in one or both ears. I only just bought this set but already they are my favorite and we'll worth the extra money. 1- they don't fold, but are flexible so they are easy to take on and off and are unlikely to break at the hinges they way folding ones do. 2- the earpieces retract when not in use, so they are tidy and not dangling like a broken necklace. Also, they don't make a clicking noise when extending or retracting, which can be distracting or disruptive in a quiet space. 3- the sound quality is good for listening and it has double microphones so that people can hear me better when I'm using it for phone calls. 4- the range is far better than the cheaper ones. I am used to having to hold my phone close to maintain an audio stream. With some headphones, I can even get a clear signal with my phone in my back packet! This one, though, I can leave it on the counter in my kitchen and attend to activities around the house without losing the signal. Since I have only had them a few days I cannot confirm the battery life limits or long term durability, but If you are debating on whether or not to upgrade your broken, cheaper neckband headphones, these are definitely worth it.

This is an excellent product I think it's a little more expensive than the others but it definitely has what you need stays charged for 15 hours so that's a good day so you only have to charge once a time once a day very easy to operate light and comfortable has good noise cancellation and allows you to listen to music so it fills all the boxes fits around your neck comfortably the only reason I didn't give it a five is for its expensive when it becomes more reasonable it will get a five. Recommended if you don't mind the expense.

Works well - connects quickly. I like the retractable earpods so that when I have the unit on me but am not actually listening, the earpieces don't hang down or flop around.

I had not had good luck with my search for a wireless mic that would work for my admittedly unusual requirements. I'm a musician, songwriter, and sci-fi/fantasy writer, and my preferred writing process involves going for long walks and audio recording as I walk. I started years ago. For a microphone I had used earbuds but always dreamed of a wireless solution. This LG Tone Style headset is incredible for its built-in recharging, recording tone clarity, simplicity, noise canceling, and virtual invisibility. I forget I have it on my neck, it's so light and well designed. The only trouble I had was getting used to pairing it with so many different Bluetooth devices, and the fact that the main control button doesn't quite work with my combination of devices as the instructions say, requiring 4-second presses only rather than 2-second presses for some things and 4-second presses for others. The results are worth the extra experimenting it took to work out my procedures. The particular success the LG Tone Style provides may be unique to my needs, but it suggests a particular advantage of the headset. I had recently started trying out a speech-to-text app called "ADA Dictation", which does not depend on connection to the Internet to work, the transcription all being handled by the app's software on my iPad, what might be considered more of an AI-based approach. I have always used wired Sony earbuds to record while I walked and talked, and tried several different apps over the last few years. And although the ear buds' recorded sound quality for my voice is really great, the dictation results have always sucked, so I had given up on dictation apps altogether. The newest attempt using ADA Dictation was no better. But when I received the LG Tone Style headset and went out for a walk the accuracy of the resulting transcription was incredible! I think the LG's tone profile combined with the noise cancellation is the reason for the successful results I'm getting. It's been amazing! And much appreciated!
