Blow stuff up
My husband thought that this would be a fun little cannon with which to amuse his best friend. Picture two 60-ish old bikers with not enough to do. They decided that MORE gunpowder was better and, in the fashion of two old dudes reliving their youths, they stuffed it full. Fortunately, everyone survived with all digits intact. Witnessing them jump out of their skins, though, as the entire thing exploded inches from their wrinkled fingers, made every dollar of money they wasted worth it. They are purchasing a couple more.

Super cute little cannon
The hubby is retired Army artillery AND an Arsenal supporter so when I was searching for an anniversary gift it was perfect AND he loves it. It’s perfect and he has all the things that’s needed to fire. Can’t wait until we can fire it off. Will do an update when we do.

Not made well
I was excited to try this then I loaded it up, lit it, and the little handle that holds the back in place breaks causing the bulky metal piece to shoot straight backwards into my finger! Honestly I laughed pretty hard at the situation because I was fine but come on, for $40 you should make something at least kind of sturdy especially if you're gonna stuff a firecracker in it.

Cool little cannon.
The media could not be loaded. One thing I disliked was the removeable charge cylinder, which seemed sort of sloppy and may possibly fail.. I fired it once with the BBs, but that seemed dangerous as there isn't much accuracy, and even with a light charge, the recoil could be enough to damage it as it's not super sturdy. I chose to leave out the cylinder, use some wadding, and stuff a Q-tip in the bore. It's a nice desk display, and it does fire. But please use caution as with anything that uses gunpowder. Use only black powder.. sparingly!
