I love this product. One capsule a day gives me all the nutrients my body needs post weight loss surgery. My husband who had weight loss surgery more than 20 years ago, now uses them too. In my opinion, it is a complete vitamin for people who has had weight loss surgery.

Finally a vitamin that isn’t a chew!! I feel better now that I’m taking a daily vitamin. Having gastric bypass makes it hard to find a vitamin that I can still actually absorb and I hate the chewy ones. They taste funny for a few minutes but that’s all vitamins from my experience.

It's a great daily vitamin however it didn't lessen the hair loss I experienced after surgery.

I've been trying several different bariatric multivitamins and this has been my favorite. Since buying these about a week ago, I've made a decision to stop looking at the others - no need! Now, I only need to take one a day after breakfast and I'm set for the day. The capsule is easy to swallow and has no funny or weird after taste like some of the others. No burping, either. I've noticed more sustainable energy since I started taking these multivitamins in the morning. Also, I get really into studying all the nutrition labels, since I want a clean supplement that provides the levels I need for my current state - these truly give the full spectrum of the vitamins I need right now. I seriously went from like 7 different pills down to one. I still need to follow up with my doctor since switching to check my levels, so I will report back once I do!

i had bariatric surgery 20 years ago and never felt like i was getting the correct formula of vitamins. And for over a year I have suffered from sun-sensitivity due to trace elements of nickel in vitamins but not listed. it even bothered me in the car, driving-any exposed skin, even the palms of my hand on steering wheel would break out in rash and itching until i got inside, even cloudy days. That no longer happens, so this is a life saver for me in many ways!

I bought this for damaged and thin hair and it’s been awesome!! I have a thicker stronger amount of hair, my nails are GORGEOUS and it helps with stress and weight lose!! It’s terrific and I won’t go without it!!!
