Good to have around in any household.
If you only knew what I went through trying to find this! Nobody had it around my hometown. Finally I found it, and even though it was a bit pricey, I decided it was better to have and not need than need and not have. We always had it around the house when I was growing up and now I have it in our home. Great for sore muscles or tired feet, too.

Yay! It's made in the USA!!
I usually don't mind buying a product that comes from another country. But with something such as this, i need to be very particular. Quality and cleanliness is very important as i intend to use this product in homemade eye wash. Im so thankful that i found this product. This is also a great value! There's no odor or smell but even if there was, it's clean and pure boric acid and thats most important to me.

Got to read the descriptions with a fine tooth comb :p should work out OK
took a peek inside the jar once it arrived, the packaging was good and all items arrived in good order. the texture is very fine grained like extra fine sugar. looks like I forgot to triple check the description!! seems perfectly all right for most uses, except the fine grains are a shade too coarse to use in a "shake & puff" dispenser bottle meant to blow/float a dust cloud into cabinets and such. should not be troublesome for me to reduce a decent amount of this to superfine (flour-like) powder with careful use of a mask, nitrile gloves, and an impermeable solid steel mortar & pestle which will be VERY carefully washed, rinsed and dried afterward. I've done this grinding task skillfully enough with **real sugar** plenty of times so I could put pure powdered sugar with no starch into my candy drops tins to keep the drops from stickin'. PS: this is why those big ol' bottles of anti roach boric acid **powder** are only half full. Shake the container energetically, then open the nozzle, point it at your target, and give it a few light, brisk squeezes - and it should put a decent dust cloud out that will create a fine layer on the surface of whatever or wherever you intend to roach-proof. It might take a few tries to get the proper squeezy technique down, but no worries. It took me three straight hours of narrow-eyed digging in the Net to find this ridiculous little hint on **How To Dispense Boric Acid for Household Pest Control**, and I am glad to share it, since 85 percent of the sites I checked seemed to be so irritatingly coy about Precisely How To by never EVER mentioning SHAKE IT FIRST.

Boric acid
I was pleased with the boric acid. Used it on my cats eyes and it did a great job. Will buy again if I need to. I would recommend product.

This is granular boric acid
The product is granular boric acid not boric acid powder. On the label it states powder but it is granular. It looks like salt gains not like flour. Flour would be the powder.
