Pro Evolution Soccer 2013 - PlayStation 2

I love the PES games for the PS2. This game let's you enjoy Football with its fast paste action and Arcade like game play. I spend a lot of time playing and let me tell you something, it's better when played against friends. I own PES2013 and FIFA13 for the PS3 but somehow I end up playing the PS2 version more often. I rate this game a 5, I even feel like playing it as I write this rating post.

The game itself is a lot of fun but the gameplay still has a way to go to catch FIFA in terms of the controls and the 360 degree movement and passing that FIFA offers. Overall a lot of fun, good music and the champions league is nice. A fun game worth checking out if you like soccer.

First off i must say ive always been a fifa fan still am actually but after playing pes 2013 for ps2 i must say its a great game i like the graphics better on pes the commentary in spanish is better in pes there is better dribbling in pes also a lot of players in pes look more like their real life counterparts for example in pes 2011 and fifa 11 cristiano ronaldo didnt look like in real life but in 2013 it looks more like him they actually changed the appearance of many players which is something fifa doesnt do for the ps2 i really enjoyed this game i played for 2 hours also it features 8 real life tracks one which is on fifa 13 which i thought was funny and when started the game the first song that played was the hit song from michel telo ae seu te pego i thought that was great the gameplay is overral better than fifa for ps2 and this is coming from a fifa fan the graphics are great so i highly recommend you to buy this i ordered from amazon because big retailers arent carrying this might be thelast ps2 game

For a 2013 video game, it feels very old fashioned. It plays more like an older arcade game. I really expected better graphics and player movements.

Hello Dear seller,I ordered this Game for my PS 2 .. today I get this game and it don't works... then I checked on the disc and there is a note: "this software is compatible with PS2 consoles with the UTSC U/C designation. US and foreign patterns pending".my console is bought in UK and it has a PAL logo on it.I think the seller must clarify what type consoles is this DVD compatible with.

PES for ps2 or ps3? in my opinion PES for ps2 has the best experience then ps3. I have both consoles but I use the ps3 for arcade games when it comes to play soccer ps2 for life no matter how awesome the graphics are on ps3. First I dont care about the graphics because the most important in a soccer game to be able to control your team the way to want to, which on a ps3 I have a hard time to plan my strategies and the players are not in their position. Second having all leagues available is not a big deal because you can edit some teams, I know it takes time but if you love this game you are going to do it. Some players are missing but you can create them or making them look alike the real player. And since PES 2008 the cleats are horrible but oh well ps3 is taking all the good stuff. To finish up if you take your time to build your team with specific position for each player this is it. When my friends see my formation they are wtf!!! and they end up getting rape lol. Buy it you will not be disappointed and according to konami this will be the last PES for ps2 =(.

Xbox360 broke had to resort to sticking with the PS2. Bought this, gave me a reason to just stick with the PS2. Great game, good controls, shipping came a day faster which was awesome.
