The Three Billy Goats Gruff Hardcover – Picture Book, June 4, 1998

My grandson enjoyed the story as much as I did when I was a kid.

My 3-and-a-half-year-old daughter had been practicing this book at her school. She spent many days talking about this story and acting it out, so I decided to buy this book, which seemed colorful. She loved it. It's short and precise, and the illustrations are perfect for children her age who do not yet pay much attention to long texts. Highly recommended, and the story is simple.

I made the props to go along with this storybook, it just makes the book so much more interesting, the little ones loved it.

My 2 and 3 year old both sit and listen to this story and I love reading it! It’s fun to do the different voices. I looked at many versions of this story and chose this one because I loved the illustrations. They weren’t too scary or overly stylistic like some other popular choices. The story is also not too wordy, just contains all the best parts. Highly recommend this version!

Love this book from my own childhood. My grandsons do too. Just a nice little golden book.

It isn't exactly like the one I read as a kid, but my child likes it. The illustrations are really cute.
