Organic Nipple Balm

I have both exclusively pumped for 1.5 years and exclusively breastfeed for 1.5 years and I couldn't go without this nipple balm in either situation. I will go into more detail but my main takeaway from this review is that this is the perfect nipple balm. I have bought it at least 10 times according to my Amazon account, for me and as presents for baby showers. I used this every. Single. Pump. During my 1.5 exclusively pumping stint. That makes me intimately familiar with this stuff on a molecular level. This is the PERFECT lubricant for pumping, I would just put a dab on each side then pump away. I can't recall ever being sore or rubbed the wrong way and I attribute that to this nipple balm. It is easy to clean off the pump parts and doesn't build up on them. For exclusively nursing, I used this a lot less but still needed it around. This is great to put on when feeling sore or to aid healing if there's a scratch, chomp, rough unlatch, or overall soreness. It really is almost instant relief. I used this a lot in the first few weeks when I would leak so that the milk drying on my bra or nursing pad wouldn't stick to my ni*. Pros: ** (Super important)** Lubricant- GREAT for pumping, just put a little on each side, attach pumps, and your ni*s will thank you. **Super important** Glides on- I have had other nipple balm (ahem, Medela in a tube) that you have to really RUB IT IN to spread it on. You don't want that. This literally glides on, no rubbing needed. - odorless - Spectra breast pump- I really feel like there needs to be a partnership between spectra and lansinoh because this jar is the perfect size for the bottle holder on the backside of the pump. I always knew where it was when I was exclusively pumping - thick glass container- not a deal breaker for me, but it is nice to know it's in glass and that it is pretty sturdy - lip balm- a nice little treat for me, goes on smooth and keeps lips well hydrated Cons - I cant think of a single thing that could be improved, I genuinely think it's the perfect product Highly recommend, I contribute some of my success in my pumping and nursing journey to this balm!

This stuff worked amazing when I was breastfeeding but also worked a miracle on my daughter's eczema. She had stubborn patches of dry red skin behind her knees and the doctor prescribed steroids but it would always come right back as soon as we stopped using it. I had some of this nipple butter leftover and tried using it on her eczema and her skin is as good as new. This stuff is amazing.

Works much better than lanolin for me. Very soothing, not sticky, and helps heal cracks/blisters/blebs faster.

Best nipple cream on the market! After having my first baby and having a rough time with breastfeeding (cracked bleeding nipples) I tried many different kinds of nipple butter / cream to ease the pain and heal. Not even the earth mama brand compared to this! Eased the discomfort I was having and help put a barrier between my nipples and my bra / pump parts. I purchased another one when I had my second baby, and now that I’m having my third! Highly recommend.

Perfect for those first time mommies or any mommies because you definitely will crack and it will burn, but using this after a shower, made it feel 10 times more better

I used Lansinoh when I was breastfeeding my children, but after they weaned I continued using it for chapped lips. This one is lightweight and spreads easily but is not thick like the Lansinoh that comes in a tube. I was surprised at this as i usually use it at night and appreciated the thickness that didn’t come off easily. Works well but just be prepared for this different texture.

I tried several creams when I had my son. I tried this as well as the other Lansinoh one, the earth mama, Frida mom & the medela. The Lansinoh creams are my favorite of them all! Personally I wasn't the biggest fan of the smell of the earth mama. However, it works great. This in my opinion is the exact same minus the smell. The price of this one is cheaper than the earth mama as well. The medela was way too sticky & thick. & the Frida mom did nothing for me. This one was the game changer. It was great for my dry, sore nipples. Helps wonderfully with cracks & irritation. Best part is, it's safe to be digested. Skip all the others & just buy the Lansinoh creams! They are the best!!
