Good quality for good price

I've only been taking the supplement for 10 days now. At 1 week, I noticed I had a lot less soreness the day after a workout. I also noticed that I can work out longer since I don't get as tired between sets. I haven't really noticed any skin benefits yet but that's not really why I purchased the supplement. The main benefit that I have noticed is that my knee pain has gone down noticeably. I used to do Calisthenics in my late 20s for exercise and was working on a few progressions. I was never able to do a pistol squat, because I had really bad knee pain from running with weights in the army. Even at 154 lbs, just sticking one leg out and starting to go down would feel like my knee was going to explode. I would try doing sissy squats to build up my knees but those would hurt even worse. As of a few days ago, I can now do Sissy squats and pistol squats with only some mild discomfort. Again, I couldn't do them in my 20s when I weighed 154 lbs, and I can do them now at 38 and I weigh 205 lbs. I believe it was the Astaxanthin because its the only thing I started taking and I have not done any special training. I just tried because I noticed that my knees didn't feel as tight or full anymore. I would highly recommend this for anyone that has knee or joint pain. I'm not a doctor but I know its working for me so far.

I have not made any other changes to my diet, exercise, sleep or supplement routine. No soreness after the gym, I can go hard every day if I want. I have never been a runner but the other day I just casually ran a few miles without slowing down or stopping. I haven’t done that since I was maybe 15 and I’m 43 now. Body acne has cleared. Brain fog has lifted. I can’t imagine they do much if you aren’t also taking care of yourself, but if you’re doing all the right things and just need that extra push, this is it. No problem with the service of the company. Suggest to change Organic Coconut Oil for other carry oil. Through it is small amount, Coconut oil is not good for LDL. If one has high LDL (bad cholesterol), it is better to check and avoid supplements with Coconut oil.

Have just received this product.The gel pills are the size of a small pea and are freely accessible.There is no smell or taste to them.Took with morning smoothie,no upset to stomach.

The tablets are all clhmped together in one mass. I have to use a knife to break apart pieces and it creates a mess of red liquid every day. I have to scrub my hands to get rid of the red liquid and it has stained my bench, knife etc.

First time trying this supplement as well as this brand. I wanted to try it as I was feeling sluggish. Took for about one month. Not sure it was doing much for me, so I stopped taking it for 2 weeks. It was then that I noticed the difference. This supplement takes a few weeks to work initially and the change is gradual. No shock to the system. Increased consistent level of energy for daily activities. No ups and downs like you're going to crash. Will definitely purchase again.

I love this brand, clean ingredients, no nasty chemicals and preservatives but it’s just the plastic container that bothers me, I wish they invest in good quality amber glass bottles just like designs for health so that why I give 4 stars.

Has anyone had issues contacting Sports Reseach products ?? I ordered a product to receive 120 softgels bottle, but the bottle I received had 62 softgels. I have contacted 2 times with no reply.
