Things2Die4Everspring Import Pirate Skull with Red Bandana Mug Cup 4 Inch

Bought this for a friend as a birthday gift. She really liked it, and it's fairly well made considering the price. However, it says on the box it arrives in that it is for decoration purposes only (not for drinking out of). I brought this up to my friend, and it sounds like she plans on drinking out of it anyway. This could be a liability thing on the seller's part or could have to do with the materials it's made out of. However, I did not see "for decoration only" mentioned anywhere on the product page. It's still a cool gift for someone who likes pirates, but I wish I would have known about this before purchasing

This mug was awesome! We were blown away by the starting associate. It was heavy well crafted it was not a toy! This was a real cool mug! Very much worth the money!

Very cool and unique item. Read the description though. It's basically a coffee mug. However, it will hold 12 oz and keep warm/cool for a long time. The design is really cool and I've had no flaws with it.

Pretty quick delivery, and the mug is everything I was hoping for. The Waiau Pa Pirates now use this as their MVP(Most Valuable Pirate) award, and whoever is awarded it after the game gets to drink out of it for free from the rest of the lads. Champion stuff.

Cool mug!! Be careful when washing it. On my first use I washed but I didn’t submerge the cup at all. I just washed the metal part. When drying the metal part came out. I was able to put it back in but I noticed there wasn’t a lot of glue holding it in. I’m probably going to put some epoxy in it to hold better. As is it’s still usable. I would’ve given this product a five star review if not for that issue I don’t plan on returning it because I like it a lot.

Looked great on the web page, but when it showed up.... I was VERY disappointed. To start with, it is lopsided and will not sit straight. Although made of resin which is reasonably rigid and stable, it appears that it was pushed down slightly on one side when it was still malleable. The inner sleeve is not sealed in, so it would have to be gently hand washed to avoid trapping water. And while the relief design is incredibly cool, the painting of the design looks like it was done by a 3-year old with a roller - over-painted design, large gaps, just generally sloppy. Looks OK from a distance, but would better serve as a pencil holder than a drinking vessel. Cost was low, which is good, but also prevents me from returning it, as I'd take a loss in the postage. So, I'll just bite the bullet and use it to store loose office supplies.
