Good purchase
Really healthy and it makes me feel full all the day. Digestion is improved. Really effecient process of consuming. I don't have any pain so i am not aware of this sector .

Too big to swallow 😔
The capsule was literally stucked in my throat, had to drink whole glass of water to swallow it. The size of capsule is way too big.

High DHA compared to other products, which is good.
The capsules smell good. No fish like smell. No fishy burps. I recommend taking after fat rich meals, cz it gets digested and absorbed easily with fats. It has more DHA(which is good for memory, learning, etc) according to its price and compared to other products. When buying omega supplement, don't just look number of capsule or around of oil present in it. Also look for EPA + DHA content. I hope my review helps.
