Why did you pick this product vs others?:Beautiful pan. Love the size, which is an unusual size, but perfect for making deep dish cheesecakes, ice cream cakes, where the 3 inch is not enough in height. Like to try an entremet in this too!

Worth every penny
I don’t like cheesecake but became obsessed with making a tall NY style cheesecake. Everyone raves about how good they are. This pan is so nice, no sticking. Definitely worth the money.

THOR VOID WARRANTY BY PUTTING IN DISHWASHER, BUT IN DISHWASHER ON DELICATE (104°F with mild detergent, (✋🧼 handwash only recommended by manufacturer, your mileage may vary per dishwasher technical specs, local water quality and detergent)). NO MATTER, NONSTICK TOLERATED DISHWASHER ON THIS SETTING. THOR PLEASED.

No rusting. No crevices to clean. Much easier to remove cheesecake.

Damaged and was missing bottom plate
The pan I received was in an unacceptable condition. It had scratches and was missing the bottom part, even though it was supposed to be new!! This was particularly disappointing given the cost of the pan. I wouldn't risk buying this thing if you're in a hurry, 'cause there's no way of knowing if you'll actually get what you paid for.

Perfect cheesecake pan for Bravetart recipe
I had never made a cheesecake before but I have heard great things about the Bravetart recipe so I wanted to purchase the recommended pan. It was expensive, but I am so glad I did. It worked perfectly. The cheesecake came right out with no problems. It is a very sturdy pan, easy to clean if you take the time to line it with parchment. I never put my baking pans (or any pans) in the dishwasher so that was not an issue for me. I am so glad I made this purchase!
