This, in combination with Natural Stacks Serotonin, Ciltep and Smart Caffeine (they added L-Theanine so that one doesn't get jittery like some caffeine pills or nootropics), are an amazing way to start your day. Then, after lunch I take another of these, Dopamine, and another Natural Stacks Serotonin, and I am no longer drowsy in afternoons, nor am I irritable. These stacks by Natural Stacks aren't the big bang in the morning and afternoon, they are the smooth flow throughout my day. I stopped taking them for a while and that's when I noticed the difference in my life with Natural Stacks and without Natural Stacks, and I have to say that I prefer my life with Natural Stacks. I am a 55 yo woman, and I am a teacher - these products really help me to stay positive throughout the day, and again, the Dopamine and Serotonin shots in the afternoon help me to be the awesome, positive, teacher that I am in the morning. I am allergic to most prescription drugs and a few foods but I've not had one bad reaction to any of Natural Stacks products -this is probably due to the fact that they use non-GMO, all natural supplements (no synthetic ingredients) AND you will NEVER see the words "proprietary blend" on their ingredient list. I no longer trust "proprietary blend" because any dose can be in that blend - it seems that a lot of nootropics on the market have similar ingredients (I haven't seen any other nootropic out there using dried artichoke extract) but in dosages either too low to do any good, or too high which makes one a bit high - not in a good way Once you subscribe to their email newsletter you will get notice of flash sales, some are private to subscribers only- these are huge discounts that allow me, on my teacher's salary, to be able to afford continuing to take these stacks. It definitely helped. Product is great. Amazon shipping delivered it late with no help from customer service. I couldn't even get a legitimate response from them. No fault of the seller.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I feel like I have to say something in case someone out there is like me. I took this supplement thinking it’d give me that clean edge, better focus, more mental clarity, maybe some mood support. But what I got was the exact opposite. Within a few days I was dizzy, foggy, spaced out, and completely disconnected from myself. Not anxious per se, just... wrong. Like being hungover without the drunk or being sick without the sick. Turns out, I was dealing with something called methyl overload, too many methyl groups flooding my system, messing with my neurotransmitters and nervous system. The worst part? It crept up slowly. I didn’t even realize it was the supplement at first. Just felt like I was glitching out. Every time I closed my eyes, it felt like my brain was still spinning. I’ve been slowly recovering; taking niacinamide, magnesium glycinate, walking gently, eating grounding food, and listening to my body. It’s getting better, but it’s been a journey over the past week. Bottom line: This could send you off the rails. Listen to your body.

It makes me less motivated since my brain can get the dopamine it needs outside of grinding my career. Which I suppose is normal, so it works. Lowers stress, but I kind of need it to function.

This works great, definetly feel more motivated and happy with better energy levels but WHY IN THE WORLD would they charge 40$ for only a 20 day supply??? Put the other 20 days in there for a month supply, it’s honestly ridiculous.

I have taken ir for about a week and so far so good. Need a little more time to tell to see how they work after a period of time. So I will write more when I take them longer. But so far I am a little happier!
