what soap is recomended?

This soap dispenser is more resilient than other stainless steel dispensers due to it's internal plastic polymer lining. Nevertheless, as a general rule for all soap dispensers, do not use soaps with high acidity levels. Liquid soaps with pH levels between 6.5 and 8.5 are recommended. Commercial soaps specifically made for soap dispensers normally have acceptable pH levels and are safe to use. More acidic soaps could cause an oxide film to form on the outside if not rinsed thoroughly. It could also degrade rubber seals in the pump mechanism causing leaks. Highly acidic soaps may also cause skin irritation. Some non-commercial, cheaper soaps (typically the pink lotion type) are highly acidic and could cause these issues. Also, base soaps with pH levels above 8.5 can cause swelling or degradation of rubber seals which in turn causes leaks. They can also cause skin irritation. We don't recommend any particular brand of soap, however, actual commercial hand soap is recommended since they normally have the proper pH levels and are much less likely to cause skin irritation.

Does it work with “foaming” soaps?

No, this stainless steel soap dispenser is designed to work with liquid hand soap.

How to lock the dispenser to the wall bracket? It easily can be pulled out of the bracket by lifting it.

Only the soap reservoir locks. The unit itself slides onto the bracket which is mounted on the wall. It is designed to be removed easily for routine cleaning and rinsing the inside of the container occasionally as per recommendations. It is not designed to be unremovable. Feel free to contact the help department if you would like to discuss other options for making it more difficult to remove. The manufacturer contact information is in the paperwork that came with the soap dispenser.

Where can I buy the refill bags for this dispenser?

This commercial dispenser does not require refill bags. It has an internal reservoir that you pour soap into from the top. This is the most cost effective method for a hand soap dispenser. Liquid soap can be bought in gallon jugs in bulk for high volume commercial applications. You can also buy lesser quantity soap containers for lower volume usage. Either way, you simply use the provided key to open the top of the container and pour soap in as needed.
