Milk Protein and Cholesterol
First of all this is not dairy-free or vegan because it contains a milk protein. Secondly, it contains hydrogenated vegetable oil. And there is no info on the pack about cholesterol. Obviously this is not a product for the health conscious or vegans. About the taste, if you are looking for a taste close to a dairy whitner, forget it. This is an artificial beverage whitener and does not taste good. Nestle's claim of this being a "thick" creamer is false because you have to use a lot of quantity, at least two full teaspoons in a cup of coffee. If you have used Nestle Dairy Whitener, you will know. That one is also claimed to make "thick" coffee and that claim is also false. Amulya dairy whitener is a much better product. This Coffee Mate is made in Thailand, imported by a Singapore company from there and then exported to India. That explains the high price. Why did I buy it? I do not want to use dairy whitener and this is the closest thing to a non-dairy whitener available in India. I wish I can buy a vegan whitener and I wish that one is not made by Nestle.

Great taste! Thank God I don’t have to have black coffee anymore!
I loved the creaminess it gives to your plain black coffee (Most people including me find it yucky and bland). You get your caffeine kick along with the Taste. I add just about one teaspoon full to a mug of hot water and instant nescafe coffee powder and stir. Bonus tip: buy a frother. I loved the taste of my coffee this way. It’s got very low sugar and I don’t add any table sugar to it. If you don’t want to compromise on the taste as well as health, buy this.

QUALITY STUFF
CoffeeMate imparts a unique flavor to a cup of coffee and we just love it. Gets a bit expensive and is habit forming, though. We like the basic original flavor, not the tweaked ones with hazelnut etc.
