First time I've made Kimchee
The Kimchee I made with this sauce is the best I've ever eaten. It is also the first time I've made it. I was trying to find out how much cabbage I could use with this amount of sauce, but no one could say or seemed to know.I used a medium Napa cabbage with one medium cucumber and five shallots and the Kimchee came out good. Much better than the store bought I usually purchase at the grocery store.

OMG! OMG! OMG!
I had waited a week to use this in my kimchi soup. But by itself it is amazing, I know it says it is a base but, in my opinion, it can be used on other things. Noodles, rice, premade kimchi. I would definitely recommend this to everyone. It has a garlicky flavor but not too much. Very flavorful.

I Don't Know What I'm Doing
Hey, hi, token white person here come to talk about this product I haven't been using for it's intended purpose. So, I've been going through some life changes and my palette has started to change up as well. I'm discovering new food loves every day, which is dope. Storytimes over and that's where this product comes in. It's exactly, and I mean EXACTLY, what I was looking for. It's extremely similar to this kimchi we get from kojins, here in Florida. It's amazing and that's what I, personally, was looking for. I wouldn't change too much about it. But...But, it's not spicy at all. Not in the slightest bit spicy. Which was a relief because some kimchis are fairly hot. But, I was hoping for something, but it wasn't there at all. I have been making sauerkraut with this, which, I know is similar but it is different. It's great for me, but I make a fermented soup and have to add additional chili paste to the soup to get a proper kimchi spice.Worth it if you don't like sweet or spicy kimchi, definitely get it. If not, it's still something you can build on and worth the price you pay. Also, a little goes a long way.
