I really like this pan!

I have only had these for a few days but am impressed with the speed when cooking on an induction range. If you boil a cup of water for tea, that takes less than 30 seconds on my induction cooktop range. I also like the healthy non-stick feature and really hope these hold up well over time. Thanks!

I purchased the GreenPan Venice based on claims that it is dishwasher safe and designed for long-term performance. On inspection (and to me) the claims are clearly false. This is eco brand marketing no more no less..Despite the product being labeled as dishwasher safe, your own recommendations advise hand washing to preserve the coating—which contradicts the advertising and is not disclosed clearly at the point of sale. This kind of fine-print disclaimer is misleading and amounts to false advertising by omission.Additionally, the coating will likely show premature wear under normal use, which makes me question the durability claims as well.Please update your product listings to reflect the actual limitations and care requirements. I’m not requesting a refund at this time, but I expect more honesty from a brand positioning itself as eco-conscious and premium.

The weight and balance is spot on; the sleek design is functional and beautiful; the price is great; and the quality of food cooked in these pans is second to none!!!I have been in the food industry for over fifty five years; I am so grateful to have found these pans!!!

we have had these pans for 2 years,,,washed with care,never put in the dishwasher but the non stick does not hold up..most things stick ,and are getting harder and harder to clean,,we did replace 2 with the company,but still did not last for a year,,we are now going to gradually replace them,,,the pots are ok,,,its all the frying issue

Fantastic! I have had every kind of pan recommended by America's Test Kitchen and this one (that did not even make ATK list) is by far my favorite. I have been using it daily for about 2 weeks, and have not ran into a single issue. These heat evenly (*if a little slower than standard pans) and I have found that it is near impossible to burn something. Cleaning can be done with a damp soft side of the sponge! The deep sides have been great for sauces and the angle of the side does help prevent sloshing when moving the pan around. To top it all off, I know that these are not leeching potentially dangerous chemicals into the food. Which puts my mind at ease to focus instead on what is being cooked IN the pan.I put these through their paces and have to say I am completely in love! *I'll update after several months to make sure this stays true.They do NOT come with lids, but I purchased a universal tempered glass lid (*also on Amazon) that is absolutley perfect and fits both the 10in and 12in pans. I also highly recommended felt pan protectors (or really anything soft that can go between the pans when stacked) to increase the life of the pans.*Overall, an A+. Well, done.Update:After about 12 months of almost daily use the pan is no longer non-stick (*it looks like the last picture after cooking EVERY time) and the pan overheats and burns food even on the lowest setting. It's a real disappointment - these pans have never felt the harsh side of a sponge and still didnt make it more than a year.*2year update. So, having an amateur cook in the house was *probably* the source of pans demise. As with ANY pan, do not let it sit on the stove on high heat without anything in it for minutes at a time (*eye roll here). We ordered another Green Pan and with PROPER use, it is a thing of beauty.*If your looking for a good healthy pan and one that cooks like a boss - you've found it.

Greenpans are now the only non-stick pans I will buy. The finish is perfect, and lasts as long as you take care of it. We use only silicone utensils with them... and the oldest one I have is still perfect after about a year. I recently upgraded my stove to a LG induction stove... and needed some non-sticks to use with it. These were exactly what I needed. Awesome pans. I have multiple carbon steel and stainless pans and pots... and use then when needed. But these greenpans are so versatile (will even do light searing) that I often just grab one of them as needed.

Great set of skillets with great non-stick material. I did a LOT of research before buying and I wanted something nontoxic. Greepan seemed like a good option, but some of their other lines are very restrictive (you can’t use olive oil etc). I didn’t see this recommendation for this Venice Noire line. I suspect there still might be PTFE on it as they don’t clearly state that it doesn’t... but it doesn’t have other toxic materials. At the end, I wanted something easy to clean, nonstick AND nontoxic. This is a good option so far.
