We got this for my mother-in-law who is very hard of hearing, she can hear us nice and clearly on this phone.

Bought for my elderly father who struggled with a hands free set. Big buttons you can pre-program with important numbers, makes it very easy for him to use. He has dementia and you can even use photographs to help. One push automatic dialling (easy to set up) he managed with no problem at all. Also you can adjust the ring loudness and handset volume too, as hes hard of hearing. Really great product.

Ok but though it could have been a bit louder

Mother is getting to an age when simplifying the phone seemed like a good idea, she is very much of an age of the address book, the interface is clean clear and easy to use. The programming of the 6 key buttons is beautifully simple. The clarity of the microphone means the recipient / caller has a good experience and and Mother also finds it is consistently easy. Swissvoice can trace its roots as far back as 1893 and as such has great insight into what makes a great telephone. Excellent product, well constructed and ideal as an easy to use system for people who need a simplified experience! Well done Swissvoice.

The phone is easy to setup and the keyboard well laid out. Unfortunately there was constant interference on the line when using the handset. The level of interference was reduced when using the hands free setting but still at an unacceptable level. I was disappointed because if it had worked properly it would have been ideal for my mother who has dementia. I had to return the phone for a refund.

We bought this for my elderly mother (99) who has macular degeneration, it was easy to set up and she is very happy with it. No gimmicks, it just does what it says on the tin!

Bought for my elderly mother who often finds dialing telephone numbers difficult especially when calling her siblings overseas. Photo buttons make life so much easier for her and rreassures her that she can contact her nearest and dearest easily. The audio button is a great facility as is the hands free button so she can literally call people by pushing only 2 buttons, which is less room for error.Wish there were several more photo buttons for her to use!

Bought for my increasingly deaf mother who struggles with a normal phone. She loves it. Loud and with big buttons she doesn’t need to put her glasses on to dial numbers. Perfect for that demographic.Phone is well made and looks like it will last. Pleased with this purchase.
