The shipping of this item was horrendous. It arrived all scratched up from being tossed into a plastic envelope for mailing.The design is as stated, the quality is good except the shipment of the item- which is unfortunately impacting the quality.I’m sure it does what it is intended to do but the instructions are sparse and I’m someone that needed them.

The spring broke In half after only a couple months of use. Now the lock is always open, sure I can replace the spring and make it work again but that doesn’t make the quality any better.

I think it was used the bolt to switch sides is welded on

spring on handle is complete trash didnt even get it installed and it broke, i guess you get what you pay for

The product was delivered fast and nicely wrapped. The installation was not bad.

Overall solid construction. You will need to chip away a little at the post in order to make the gate post hardware fit properly with clearance.

Good price, good hinges, came on time, owner love it!

Bought this product instead of going to a big box store. Super happy with the quality and ease of installation!
