I am on the second bottle haven't noticed much growth but my hair has gotten a little bit thicker, will see at the end of bottle two.

I've purchased these vitamins from Sally's last month and started the pills August 2nd,2016 and it is now August 19, 2016. Something that I can say is I got a weave sewn into my head on July 14, 2016 and I cannot oil my scalp since I am using a hair net as well but I have started to take these vitamins and drank plenty of water and in all honesty it has been working for me. I am soon to take my hair down and will post before and after pictures. I loved these vitamins so much that i have decided to continue with them. The only side effect that I have had from taking these vitamins is that my urine turns a bright neon yellowish green which is from the riboflavin (b-2) since the amount per serving is about 100mg but this can subside by drinking more water. Your body helps to balance out the riboflavin by turning your urine this funky color. I have noticed like with any other hair vitamin when you start to take this you should be consuming at least 8 cups of water a day which is easy to do if you drink two as soon as you wake up since it's been proving drinking one cup of water when you wake up helps keep you energized and an added cup with breakfast helps food to digest I found this really easy. I have had breakouts recently but partly because they were either already there before I started taking the vitamins as well as the fact that I have been so busy I have not really had the time to drink as much water as I want. I can say when I did drink a lot of water though I had zero break outs and in fact my skin looked better. My nails have grown and become stronger I cannot tell you all the amount of times I have accidentally cut myself or someone with my nails because of accidental scratching. In my bottle I have enough more pills to last me until August 31 and I cannot wait to take my hair down so that I can see my grown and progress. My scalp is itchy and I will follow up with using the Mielle organics line minus the shampoo. Finally I found that these really worked versus me taking biotin because I had really horrible breakouts even though I drank water and for some reasons I could not remain consistent with regular biotin but Mielle has become apart of my regular routine. I really must say that enjoy the Mielle Organics products! When I first started with the brand I started taking the vitamins and saw a major difference in my body over all! My hair has not shedded since taking these vitamins. They have also been helping me increase my water intake! After taking the vitamins and seeing progress, I went on to purchase the conditioning shampoo, leave in conditioner, cowash, hair milk, mint oil and the deep conditioner! What I love is that the products work well on my bundles! I am very impressed with this product and can’t wait to see the length and condition my hair is in.
