Teff is a very easy to incorporate probiotic and with many other good nutrients! it is delicious and filling and this is a pure product and I don’t know what more I can say. I’m very grateful that I can buy this and that it ships to me all the way from I believe India? Without gmos allowed in their county except for cotton, but it’s organic. I don’t think our U.S. quite knows what it is yet. I will definitely buy more when I run out. I am making it a staple like quinoa ..

I use this product all the time. It has so many health benefits. I have been using this product for years and it has always been a great aid to my gut health, skin and my liver. I soak it overnight and drink it on empty stomach the next day or I mix it with chìa seed as a drink or in a smoothie. You can also grind it and use it to bake bread. This is a great product and great value for everyone. Will continue to purchase this product because of all the health benefits.

very bad quality

Just fabulous product. Nutritional powerhouse, it cooks in a similar way as grits or polenta but with a far superior flavor profile. It is nuttier, and it has a deeper natural flavor. I cook it until nice and creamy, add a bit of butter, Parmesan cheese, and it is my new “go to” any time I crave a steamy bowl of grits. There are many cooking instructions in the internet.
