Q: Does this come with glue?

No it does not. I recommend I-envy super strong hold eyelash adhesive, I believe it’s like 4 or 5 dollars on amazon. Another good lash glue is Kiss

Q: Can you sleep with these on without them bending? If they bend, how can you fix them? Or do you need to use a new pair each day?

I don't recommend sleeping with them on as they can bend. I take mine off every night and pull off dried glue and reapply them in morning ...they last for about 2 weeks or more if you don't use mascara

It should have a picture of what is in the package. They come in packs of 4 or 6. They may have a 3 pair package.
