This product was the best possible choice. It was easy to use. The directions we very clear and the it smelled like laundry soap. When you spray it on the place where your pet spotted it brings out the urine smell but once you rub it out with a towel it is completely gone. This was awesome after our dog marked our brand new mattress.

This stuff really neutralizes any odor. Spray it on and wham the odor is gone. Safe to use around kids and animals. No heavy scents or perfume cover-up nonsense like other cleaners. I never cared for the after scent of Nature's M_____. Kind of a sweet, lingering scent which tells everyone you use NM. Use Fizzion and gone are the odors.

The product is amazing! It’s inexpensive and it’s the best that I have ever found for taking out pet smell. The only problem I had was I was missing some of the fizz drop-ins that was supposed to come with it. I forgot to email so I let it go but I would order more if I ever needed to!

We discovered that one of our cats was peeing in the corner of one of our chairs. The urine has seeped into the wood of the chair and we thought it was done for. I had cleaned the chair with an upholstery machine cleaner and sprayed it with odo-ban but you could still smell it. This stuff did the trick! It was recommended by my vet and I'm so glad! No more cat pee smell and I dont have to throw away my chair!

I tried this because Zero Odor is so darned expensive, but unfortunately this is just another product that attempts to mask odors. The scent is pleasant but it does not eliminate odors at all. It seems to at first because the scent of the product is so strong but if you wait an hour and sniff again, the odor you were attempting to eliminate will be back.

Love the clean scent and non-toxic

This does absolutely NOTHING to help with puppy or senior dog accidents - doesn’t remove the smell, it doesn’t deter him from having an accident, the only thing IT DOES DO?add more liquid to stain. Worthless!Get the orange one - it actually works.
