Can you use Mica powder to powder coat with??

This question was asked on an actual powder color itself and not a particular powder gun.

Does the black texture powder need a top coat?

No top coat required. This can be applied (make sure to apply heavier than normal because of the texture) fully cured, then left exposed to the elements and sunlight without any issues.

Are electric convection ovens OK dor powdercoat?

I use my electric convection toaster oven to powder coat bullets.

Does parts have to stay grounded while your baking the part ? Thanks

The grounding only allows the paint to stick to the item while being sprayed. There is no need to ground it while being baked.
