This is a perfect multivitamin for us! My husband and I each take one per day. It gives us the extra vitamins we need to have a good level of energy. The tablets aren't small, but they're easy enough to swallow.

Great vitamins recommend them highly gives you lots of energy helps with hair loss and overall an amazing vitamin! Customer service has been awesome always I ordered them from my dad and for myself and taking him for the last couple years.

It's probably too early to tell if there's any real benefit to this product but it does seem to be a legit product. The pills are large so that may pose a problem for people who have difficulty swallowing pills. They come in tablet form. It doesn't have any particularly odor or flavor so that's appreciated. It didn't cause any type of GI upset either. We will likely purchase again.
