I have been buying this calendar (in the large size) every year since 2003, when I was living in the United States. After I moved to Australia I continued buying them, sometimes going to great lengths to find a source that would ship them to me. I hope Studio Hinrichs never stops making them!If you love typography and good design, this is an impressive, statement calendar – perfect for displaying in a hallway. It's beautifully printed on quality 148gsm paper, the typefaces are varied and well chosen, and the supporting info for each month is interesting to read. (Needless to say, this is not a calendar for planning/scheduling or otherwise writing on – look elsewhere if that's what you're after.)PS. On a few occasions I've also purchased the smaller size for display at my desk in my office workplace. This too is a very fine calendar but lacks the impact of the larger size.

I have ordered this calendar for a few years now - and give it as a gift to a friend for Christmas. It is absolutely wonderful. I love typography so am intrigued and eager to look at the new font every single month. It is beautiful in design and refreshingly free from clutter which can be a challenge in so many calendars these days. The paper is so heavy that I reuse it as free--form drawing paper and love that the quality of the product includes attention to quality of paper.

I wish that the drilled holes at the top of the calendar would be more consistent in their placement. Since I like to mount the calendar as flat as possible on the wall, I have two nails on which to mount the calendar. Ever since that first calendar year I purchased this large calendar, the holes have not matched the previous years and I have to create a slit to mount the calendar. I believe this measurement should be consistent from year to year even if the designer or printer varies from year to year. In the grand scheme of things, not important, but it makes sense to be consistent.

We get this calendar every year. It’s hung in the same spot in our office. Quite annoyingly the 2020 calendar’s nail holes are about 1cm off from all previous years.To the manufacturer- was this an error? It would be really nice if we didn’t have to create new nail holes each time we get a calendar from you.
