I have had Psoriasis for the last 10 years and mainly on my scalp w patches on my knees n elbows and most recently along my legs. Psoriasis is known to adapt so even after using otc, prescriptions that vary from ointments to steroids I find relief briefly but then returns full blown scales, redness, unbearable itchiness. My scalp is the most problematic as it also has affected my hair growth. I am taking this along w the cinnamon and other recommended supp fang feng. In a week have seen a major clear up on my scalp, even quicker than w steriods. It's early on so don't want to get too excited cuz it seems to always come back, but it's been over a year that's it been this clear w some minor spots. I have a case of what my allergist has described as idiopathic uticaria, meaning I have hives for no reason she can explain.
