Arrived in smashed padding material
The figures were OK, but the foam they came in was alarmingly smashed and blackened on one side, causing those little white particles to go all over when I opened it. I loved Mary and Joseph, but the Baby Jesus could have a nicer color of hair and expression about him. I would have paid a couple dollars more for a better rendition of Baby Jesus.

Impressive
This is such a beautiful holy family statue I have ever seen. All the details are well painted, and the statue itself is not heavy. They fit perfectly for my nativity scene.

El producto que se me ofreció presentaba daños. El embalaje interior había sido precintado en varias ocasiones, lo que sugiere una manipulación previa. Además, una de las figuras incluidas también mostraba desperfectos. Resulta incomprensible que se intente comercializar un artículo en tales condiciones, esperando su aceptación por parte del cliente. Esta situación me obliga a gestionar la devolución. De no haber sido por estos inconvenientes, la estética del producto habría justificado una calificación de 5 estrellas.
