Premium Authentic Product of Italy Aroma Amaretti di Saronno, 2 oz

I bought the Amaretti after reading a recipe that called for it. I've since misplaced the recipe, but I've tried this in my cranberry scones and snickerdoodle cookies and WOW! This really takes the baked goods up a notch. Better than always using vanilla. I also tried just 1 drop in my homemade chocolate milk and it enhanced the chocolate very nicely. The smell of this flavoring is very nice and makes my kitchen smell wonderful. If your tired of always using vanilla give this a try, it's well worth the money to try it.After trying the Amaretti I decided to try the Fiori di Sicilia. Delicious! I've tried this in waffles and now in my chocolate coffee. It's absolutely a most wonderful change from vanilla.

This was the most intense flavor I have ever tasted. The flavor and Aroma is heavenly. I made roll out cookie cutter snow men and this enlightened the taste buds of both young and old. The purity, richness, boldness, and Presence is phenominal. It made me forget about vanilla. Vanilla has been shot down.

I only knew fiori di Sicilia from the King Arthur extract, which I loved. But before paying for shipping from KAF I went looking for alternatives on Amazon and lo and behold here’s the original?! First of all this is absolutely NOT the same as the King Arthur product. The ingredients of this product are “essential oil of citrus fruits”. King Arthur doesn’t disclose their ingredients (does that bother anyone else?), they’re “natural flavors, vit E”. But when I would use the KAF product I’d use almost 1tsp. But I find only 1/8-1/4 tsp of this to be the right amount for me. I’m not knocking the KAF product, it’s yummy. But I much prefer this. It’s more fragrant, more citrus-y. And the purist in me likes that this is an essential oil and not some sort of “natural flavor” extract.

This is my honest experience with this... now it can be yours.I was a little skeptical at first about buying this extract. I had been using King Arthur’s for years. But I was curious. If Oliveri created the original Fiori di Sicilia and this is it, then it ought to be good. Make no mistake, it is exceptional. Actually, it is the best version of this essence that I have ever tasted. As soon as I opened the bottle, the pleasant citrus smell filled the room. It is very strong. I added 1/8 tsp in my cookie recipe. The difference in taste was incredible. My family noticed the difference with the first bite. This is definitely an upgrade.Also, the item came as described, fast shipping, and very well packaged!! So, so good!

I ordered this to get ready for holiday baking. I’ve never used it before but I’m going to bake some panettone muffins and the recipe suggests using it. Based on all I’ve read I did expect it to have a stronger aroma. It does smell lovely just not as intense as I was expecting,

I use this every 4 or 5 days making my bread and couple drops of this magic liquid make the bread taste so good and the house is smelling like heaven.

Adds a lovely depth to baked goods. I bought this on a partial whim because my daughter is into baking and I read an article. It just added oomph to a vanilla cake she made that is hard to describe without being overbearing or too floral as you sometimes get with other of these flavors (of course we went easy on it as advised). Those who say they use it as perfume? I can well believe it. It smells lovely.Basically, a lot of savory food is much better if you get the umami flavor taken care of, well this is the sweet version of that effect, the background flavor that binds everything together.

I used it in an amaretto, raspberry cake.
