I love this product. It is extra strength and really works for me - I have used many other brands of this supplement but this works better. I am also impressed as this is the first time a company who makes a product I purchased has contacted me to make sure I am doing well with it and gave me tips on how to use it wisely. I will keep buying this product as I can tell it is great quality and the company really cares about their products and customers.Update: I have purchased this product again - and will never be without it! This formula of 200 mg L-Theanine plus 100 mg of Inositol is the only supplement to assist with my long time insomnia problems. This helps me stay asleep. I have taken every other supplement I could find that supposedly helps with sleep - and also some Prescription meds in the past. None of those worked or they made me groggy next day but this product worked and continues to work. I have even taken each of these ingredients separately but did not results that I get from BRI Nutrition's combination. Thank you so much for putting these two powerful ingredients into One easy to take capsule. This combo is very powerful for me and does NOT have any morning-after zombie effect at all.

I don't usually take supplements but I dabble in Nootropics. I was trying to recreate HVMN's Sprint and this was one of the only L-Theanine supplemental that also contained Inositol. It absolutely takes the edge off if I'm frustrated or feeling down. Little frustrations don't seem to matter as much. I call them my happy pills! Any time I wake up in the wrong side of the bed, I take these and a little later nothing seems to bother me quite as much. Nice that you don't have to take the all the time to feel the effects either, just as needed. Caffeine seems to increase the effectiveness as well, so try one with your morning coffee or energy drink. Definitely worth trying if you're looking for a solid mood improvement

This supplement really works. I took only half my first time since I’m very sensitive to new supplements. Within 15 minutes I felt a little euphoric, which was nice but, I also felt on edge. I have anxiety so that edgy feeling wasn’t that great and was kind of canceling out the euphoria. The focus was great though. The focus effects lasted well into the next couple days without even having to dose again. I wish so bad I didn’t have negative side effects because it was so helpful for work. Cured my brain fog and social anxiety. Downside is I get very dizzy, I mean VERY dizzy and nauseous on this and I ended up having a migraine for a whole week after taking it. Unfortunately, I won’t be taking it again because even though it was effective for my focus it wasn’t worth the negative side effects. But this might be the missing key for someone else.

I love this! I discovered it as an added ingredient with melatonin. Normally melatonin alone gives me too many rapid fire dreams, so I don't feel as rested. But combined with this it helps me to relax and sleep more deeply. It's also safe to combine with 5-HTP, a supplement that can help alleviate depression. This combination really helped me get through a rough time after enduring loss. Grief is temporary and I didn't want to start a SSRI antidepressant, because it takes time to work and there are side effects, plus you need to taper off of standard antidepressants. I never experienced any side effects with this combination. I can take them when I need to and stop when I feel like it. We need more research into supplements like these for depression, anxiety, and insomnia. They work wonders and aren't addictive.

I found this product as I was searching for something to provide better sleep. I'm a sleep 2 hrs- wake 2 hrs person. I don't suffer from any extreme anxiety, but I don't sleep well. Prescribed sleeping meds and OTC meds produced unpleasant side effects. Well this is my 3rd bottle and I wouldn't be without it. I take 2-3 capsules about 2hrs before bedtime, and when I hit the bed I fall asleep quicker, feel more rested, and most importantly I can wake during the night but fall back to sleep rather quickly. I have more energy during the day and I've also noticed that my shoulders and back feel more rested and not stiff in the morning, as I think my muscles relax during sleep. Great product!

I was recommended these by my psychiatrist as a healthy alternative to prescription medication for my anxiety disorder. Boy does it help. She uses them for public speaking herself. There isn't a noticeable looped-out feeling, but rather, the L-Theanine helps maintain a feeling of well-ease during it's duration of effect. I'm a former Doctor of Pharmacy Candidate myself, and would recommend this to anyone trying to find a way to curb prescription anxiety medication. I still use the medicine, but this is much more preferable for when I know a situation is relatively under control and I'll just be prone to the familiar fear-loops.It really does work, and the inositol is a brilliant addition, as it helps to provide a two-pronged approach to the systematic approach that stress can incur on the central nervous system.Overall, brilliant for keeping at ease when easing up is necessary, without it feeling unnatural. Lasts for a considerable amount of time, and best of all, it's an isolate of one of the healthiest substances around (green tea!) I'd recommend this to anybody, especially for public speaking or the first day of class.
