As others have posted, these are so nice and creamy, and very easy to use. The colors go on a variety of different papers consistently. The marks are nice and solid. I watched an art tutorial, and the lady used them in stencil work. Brilliant! I had a large (9x12) stencil, scribbled over it a bit with one of the sticks, and then went back with a stencil brush in a circular motion. Perfect. In the video, she said she let them dry overnight to cure completely. I'm looking forward to trying some of the other colors in the set - there is a nice variety, and there seems to be a good volume in each stick for the price. Very happy.

I am in LOVE with these gel sticks! 💕 The consistency is like a water soluble oil pastel but even creamier and more transparent. A few of them have a gorgeous shimmer effect! I am totally obsessed with these! They make my mix media projects so fun. You can layer these OVER watercolor or each other. They are very versatile in that you can layer colors easily and then blend with water if desired- this makes it possible to achieve a variety of effects. These are my favorite sketch material- I can get a lot of opaque or semi transparent color down on the page quickly. I then use a brush and a bit of water to blend together and then after it dries add final details. I love how well even light colors layer. The more water you add with the brush- the more transparent the wash will be and blended. It’s very easy to blend- just a light touch is needed. The metallic colors are super opaque and glittery. These are an incredible value for the money!!! The gel fills up the barrel almost completely to the bottom, not like other art sticks that only have an inch or two of the actual medium. I want kingart to come out with even more colors! Especially a LANDSCAPE palette.

These gel sticks are a great addition to art materials collection. There are a lot of colors so you don't have to mix as many of your own. They're my go to medium on projects. And they're affordable.

These do not blend as well as other brands and do not react to water as well as I would like.

They are perfect for coloring. Smooth and beautiful colors

Like lipstick or butter. Supper smooth, good saturation, and hues. Blendable. Awesome. Will get again.

I've been looking for something like this for my Bible marking. I've tried many options. This is THE BEST !!

These are excellent value for the price. Vivid colors that are easily liquefied with a paint brush and water. Great for mixed media art. And so easy to store in the containers they come in!

Nice bright colours, easy to use and blend. Not very eco friendly as the plastic gel stick casings cannot be refilled
