I've always like the Maybelline products and this latest refill of mascara is the same quality I've come to expect. It goes on easily and because it's not waterproof, comes off with a little soap and water. It makes my lashes longer and doesn't go on in clumps so they have more of a natural look to them.The only thing that's a little misleading is the color of the brushes. They are not colored as shown in the listing but are rather a solid dark color. The color doesn't affect how the product works but I'm always disappointed when I first pull the brush out of the tube. Silly right?I will always come back to Maybelline because it's tried & true and consistent in its quality.

Maybelle has always been my go-to mascara since I was in high school. It is probably just as good as the more expensive brands and coats the eyelashes well after several applications. I’m sure over the years, the company has tweaked its formula a bit because the tube doesn’t seem to last as long as it used to like so many other things. It will continue to be my #1 mascara.

I seem to always come back to this product. I recently purchased a mascara (for mature ladies), and spent way too much. Boy, was I disappointed. Taking the mascara off was like trying to remove glue from your lashes. Not only that, but it did chip, and was a gooey/clumpy mess.Maybelline products have been around a long time, and I believe there's a reason for that. Goes to show that you don't have to break-the-bank, to have a decent mascara.
