I bought this for my wife for the garden and we love it. When lit and on full the flame looks really cool especially in the dark. The heat given off is pretty good too but I found it best to give it 5 or 10 minutes before the glass tube really heats up. I think that all patio heaters work best in the right environment. If it’s windy then the chances are you won’t get the full benefit. If it’s calm and in a cosy smaller area I believe it will work great. One thing to remember, make sure you’ve got, or can get a 13kg gas bottle before you buy this or it will be a waste of time. As of June 2023 you can’t get a new contract for a bottle. However you can buy them on other “popular bidding sites” so double check first. This will fit the green 13kg gas bottle but will also be fine with the orange one too but you’ll have to change the regulator which you can easily get on Amazon. Update Aug 2023: Once you’ve put this together make sure you anchor it to the ground, don’t be tempted to just leave it standing. We hadn’t finalised it’s spot to live got unlucky and caught out by the wind and it blew over and bent the top (GUTTED as it was tucked in a corner!). I’ve managed to bend it back in place and it still works fine, the glass didn’t break but we know the top is out of shape. Protect it or believe me you’ll regret it 😩

This is really effective on the patio, - keeps you warm, and looks lovely too. It takes a little while to put together, but its worth it. Its the second one we've owned, wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Was not too hard to build. After building it was time to test. I found the flame was coming out if the side of the appliance and not the center as it should. I found the two gas pipes had not been connected to one another. If you buy one check the photos of the Gas unit to make sure its assembled correctly. It's a easy fix and you shouldn't have to do this but once it's built it would be hard work re-packing and sending back.

Firstly I love it. Excellent heat given out. Looks stylish and fantastic on my patio. Downsides - omg putting it together!! Given the price, this should have come ready built! Please note - ensure if building this, you put the base the right way round - wheels at back (doh!) and small groves on base (not noticed when building) at front for door to clip onto. If you don’t then you rebuild all over again (no I don’t do diy usually!!). Rubbish that it should take 60mins - more like 3.5 hours for those that don’t diy! And also, for the price, should have come with a cover (bought separately for £30). Good delivery times.

I can only say do not buy this product, it is impossible to put together. It is also very poor quality, the people putting this together for us, one cut their hand on a sharp edge under another ripped his jumper. You only had to look to see the parts were not going to fit together. The holes did not match up to put the screws in. It really is a disgrace to sell it

Awesome patio heater, stylish, practical, doesn't take up a lot of space and easily moved around. Exceptional value but not the easiest thing to put together.

Great product for the price, really great value. My only gripe is, I spent more time peeling off the blue shrink wrap from every piece than I did actually constructing the product. Mine also came with scratches but the seller kindly offered to replace the scratched parts or a pro rata refund
