I love this neck supportive travel pillow. I use this, not just flying, but in cars or even at the hotels/resorts we stay in. It's firm and study while also maintaining it's softness, preventing any pain and stiffness in my neck. I also love how it can be rolled up and easily transported. I would definitely recommend this to family and friends.

Supportive on the sides and in the back. Nice durable, soft cover that zips off for cleaning. The firmness of product was good, but I need support in the front as my head usually drops forward while flying. I tried using this by reversing the opening but did not like the fit. I did ask for a refund.

The contoured shape of this pillow seemed as if it would provide more comfort than the traditional round shape. For me, it did not. I will say the item is well made and the materials seem to be good quality, it just was not a great fit for me. (I would have returned it, but I used it on two flights already.) Comfort is a subjective element, and you may find this perfect for you.
