I used this on a 12 hr flight and loved it! It’s very supportive and comfortable. You can move the ridges around to meet your needs. It fits nicely in its carrying bag. It’s a good quality product that I think will be durable and hold up well. It’s a great value for the price too!

I had used a pillow something like this to the ground. I wax in need of another one similar. I came across this one. Thought I’d give it a try. It great support for my neck. I use it nightly. But if you are in need of a secure supportive neck pillow for travel, I’d highly recommend you giving this pillow a try. I’m sure you won’t be sorry. It’s sturdy enough to support your head from flopping over and waking up with a kinked neck. Its comfortable design had a closure in the front you can adjust to your liking. It’s a perfect size. Not too cumbersome or bulky to drag along. It relieves my pain and keeps my chiropractor happy.

Comfortable but not small enough for a petite person. I was unable to tighten to fit snug enough.My preferred way to use it is with the high side on the side, otherwise my head doesn't quite reach the pillow. It was very comfortable when worn this way.Material is soft and the pillow is also soft but firm.Overall, a good product.If you are smaller and/or have a flexible neck, I would skip this to purchase something with a higher support. However, if you are averaged sized and you are unable to lean your head to your shoulder, this would be a perfect product.

I have recurring neck pain and use a neck pillow daily for support or headache relief. I wanted to upgrade as my current neck pillow is getting old and looked at many types and reviews before settling on this one.This product is solid and appears well made for this price point. It's got a good design and contour, and the the fabric cover is pretty soft. The memory foam is soft, but solid enough you could use this pillow on its own without a backrest seat behind you (like trying to nap while waiting for a layover). It wasn't a feature I was concerned about, but it is handy to have a snap that makes the whole thing hands free.But I will echo other reviews about height: if you are on the shorter side, this will likely not not fit you. The end of each 'arm' of the pillow has a countoured space/divot for your chin. I have to lift my chin relatively high to fit my chin into this divot. The pillow itself is definitely too tall for me, and extends beyond the hairline at the back of my neck by a good inch or so. The pillow is nice enough I'm prey seriously considering cutting an inch or more of the bottom to make this usable for me, but it is not a good fit if you're in the neighborhood of 5'2".

I really like this pillow. Its a bit hard to roll back up, but manageable. Very comfortable. The flat back makes it comfy with the plane seat. The only thing is that the drawstring is a bit awkwardly.placed when you have thes pillow on. Folds up smaller than I expected which was good for fitting in my bag.

I bought this for a road trip to keep me from being a "bobble head" and it was fantastic. The clips on the front snug it up a bit which was perfect. Super light and comfortable, my neck didn't get hot and the cover is washable! Definitely a win item.
