I really really like this. It feels cool to me, not hot. I get hot at night and sometimes struggle falling to sleep. This cools my knees and thighs and I feel cooled off. I have had to use a blanket a few times, not always. I have to say I feel as if the cellulite on my knees and thighs have improved. I don’t understand the science behind it. I will definitely be reordering.

This product definitely burns. At first it’s hot and then it feels cold. I have only used it once so I can not comment on the effectiveness yet but be careful I applied to my stomach and legs and I could feel the burn for hours. I suggest going with a small amount first. Overall I like the feeling just think I used to much the first time. I did not expect how much it would heat up. I will update in a couple of weeks if belly is any different

This item truly makes u hot and burn icy hot feeling but the smell is too strong. Even after washing my hands off the remaining cream and drying them in a towel I touched my eye ball to remove my contacts and my eyes started burning. This was well over 5 min after washing my hands clean. Use with caution

This hot cream is amazing detoxer. I have used it mostly to clear up skin infections, it penetrates deep enough. I am without skin infections and now I am using it for the skin toning properties
