This was easy to install as a replacement. It seems pretty accurate and fit well into my grill lid.

The temp guage looks great and works well ! However I did not measure the depth of the probe and it rubs on the cover when I open the BBQ . Measure your original and get it right !

It seems that the needle is now stuck and cannot move freely until you jar it. Even then, it is not registering the right temperature.

I bought this because I seem like I was burning some of my food. Could not believe how hot my grill gets. This explained quite a bit and made it a lot easier for me to cook.As easy to use as drilling one hole.I liked it so much I bought one for my mom and dad's grill

Got this to replace thermometer on the pizza oven. Slightly bigger but a lot easer to read. Used it a few times now and the old one went black however this is holding up well.
