Works for 2L2H-19E616-BB
This is the exact fit for my car. I found that from a review on another site. Here is that external review. Hope it helps others like it did me.“I have a 2016 Lincoln Navigator and the Cold/Hot function for the rear was clicking and would not move off cold. Pulled the part and found 2L2H-19E616-BB on the sticker. Couldn't find anything but part# 2L2H-19E616-BA or AA. Found 2L2H-19E616-BB cross referenced with Motorcraft YH-1856. Then found that was similar to Dorman 604-213. Even though every website shows it doesn't fit my year of Navigator, it did. Output shaft is identical, it functions smoothly, and turns to the proper position for hot and cold.”

Great Product!!
Listen, this item is not easy to install, by any means! However it is much easier than the front actuator, let me tell you! So listen there are two of these bad boys in the rear A/C unit!!, So make sure you change the one on top, not the one on the side, as I changed the one on the side, and when I got done and fired up the A/C, I still heard the infamous CLICK, CLICK, CLICK!!! And no A/C. So rather than wait for ANOTHER blender door actuator, I took a part the 3 bad ones I had, and made one good used one, that I installed up top and Whooalla!!! Everything work's GREAT!!!!

Top Blend Door Actuator! MAKE SURE ITS NOT THE BOTTOM ONE
Perfect fit for my 2003 Ford Expedition.Purchased this after hearing a click/knocking noise above the rear passenger side wheel well.Part was very easy to install. A tight fit and constructed well. Cheaper than your local part store and you get it in a day usually.Everyone needs to know that this is for the TOP BLEND DOOR! There is another one on the side as well that has a D Shaped Shaft. Best way to make sure you’re ordering the correct one is to disconnect one at a time until the noise stops.

You Get What You Pay For
Removed clunking old actuator. Plugged in this one. Little voice said test it. Started vehicle and tested.Dead as a post. Hooked up old clunking one. Clunk Clunk Clunk. Tried this one again. Still Dead.Maybe I got a "bad one"? Maybe they are all this way? I don't know.Ordered a MotorCraft. Now I get to wait 3 more days. On the plus side, Ive had practice.Buyer Beware.

It fit, works good, great value priced item.
Its already tight fit where plastic shaft on actuator goes some deburring was neccessary (from molding of shaft) no big deal but tighter the better. Great valued item for price. **Would buy again**

2008 Expedition: fits BOTH rear HVAC actuators.
I spent more time than necessary trying to find an accurate answer for which part(s) to look for to replace the rear HVAC actuators to bring WARM air back to the 2nd and 3rd row seats in our 2008 Expedition Limited. I bought this after a YouTube video said it would make AC work again, which made me think it was for temperature, and not roof/floor. I replaced the top actuator, but still heard the "click, click, click..." and got only COLD air from the roof and floor (cool setting moves to the roof vents whereas warm setting moves to the floor, I soon found out). Bottom line: the top actuator controls the roof/floor air flow, the side controls the hot/cold air. Both are the same exact part in my 08 Expedition. Hope this helps the next person. 🙏

My AC works again on my 2003 expedition was not that hard to install and I’m sure it would cost me and bundle at the repair shop

Lasted 2 1/2 years
Bought this exact one for this seller in Sep 2021. It just broke and has to be replaced again. While it did last 2 1/2 year, my last one was 10yrs old. I'm going to try one from another seller that is a little more expensive to see if it's better quality and lasts longer.
