I’ve been using the CGOLDENWALL Upgraded Oil Press Machine for a few weeks now, and it’s been fantastic for both home and small commercial use. The media could not be loaded. I followed the instruction to set up started oil pressing. The machine stopped less than 5 mins after use. I said maybe it's a glitch. So i waited hapf hour to try again. It's a good thing I tested this item before i traveled with it. I bought it for my dad overseas was just going to pack it in my luggage and bring it. Imagine finding out this machine is no go and having to heavy my luggage to being back and may not even meet the 30 days return policy. I will be returning this junk.

Important Update:Since writing this review and returning the damaged oil press, the folks at GoldenWall have completely made good on this transaction.I was originally frustrated by the fact that we tried to contact the seller using the email address as shown on their service card and when we received no response, we sent a second email. For reasons still unknown, my emails were initially returned as "undeliverable." At some point, however, the seller did receive my description of the problem (I think through Amazon) and their response was both gracious and detailed. They offered us the choice of returning the item or accepting a discount on the price. They also explained that what I thought might be a missing fastener was part of the design of the item. Unfortunately, by that time we had already returned the item and purchased a replacement. The new oil press arrived quickly and in good shape. Since then, we produced two batches of oil and are well pleased with the purchase. The press is beautiful, well designed, and super easy to use. Judging by the weight, alone, we feel that this is a much more substantial machine than the less expensive competitors.So I've changed my rating to 5 stars based on both the quality of the product and the exceptional customer service we received from GoldenWall. They really do care.[Original Review]Although it was extremely well packed with no sign of damage to the exterior carton, there was some damage/defects that must have been present before shipping. 1. When I first opened the carton, I had trouble removing the hopper which had some damage to the edge that inserts into the machine making insertion and withdrawal difficult. (see photo). 2. Then I noticed that the handle farthest from the heater had been severely bent toward the heater end (see photo). 3. Lastly, upon looking at the heater, it seems that there is a fastener missing. (I may be mistaken on this since there is a hole without a fastener on the right side of the heater and a matching hole with a fastener directly across on the left). (see photo)At first, I was willing to accept the product with these defects, but I thought I might try to bring this situation to the attention of the sellers directly since Amazon doesn't seem to provide a means of contacting the seller with a detailed description including photos. So I tried using the email address included on the "service card" that came with the machine. Big mistake! The email address is bogus and nonfunctioning and the QR code simple connects you to Amazon offering limited feedback. All I wanted from them was assurance that the heater was not missing a fastener and the external damage to this product would not affect its function or longevity. At that point, I had no choice but to return it to Amazon and order another in the hope that it would arrive intact and we can begin pressing oil.This is a beautiful, moderately priced, and substantially built product; but I have to admit that my confidence in it and the seller have been shaken by this experience.

Excellent oil press, made almond oil and sunflower oil easily. Still working on Olive oil as olives need some prep. Very easy to clean, good sturdy build - recommended 👍

This is a beautiful machine that is well designed and super easy to use. We originally received (and returned) a product that must have been damaged in shipping. Throughout the return process, the seller was extremely gracious and helpful. In addition, the oil press is extremely easy to use and seems heftier than other presses that we considered. Without any prior experience with oil pressing, we were up to speed in minutes and have since produced two batches of oil from sunflower seeds and peanuts. Ease of setup and cleaning are also definite pluses.

After initial missing parts GoldenWall Customer Service have done great job to acomodate and all issues were resolved.Product is being assembled and ready for an action.

We waited to use this, or i would of sent it right back!. We're pretty particular, and follow I instructions to the letter. This thing heats up, jams, and burns. The parts that need to be smooth, are rough and pitted, causing it to bind up. Waste of a lot of money.

This is a heavy machine. We've used it to press hemp seeds and it has done a great job. Gently heats the seed to extract the most oil, leaving behind dry flakes from the seed (which our chickens love!! - bonus points) It does the job fairly quickly, and while you should keep an eye on the process, you don't need to stand over it constantly. We're well pleased with this oil press and have recommended it to others.
